It's a fact Jack. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the US. So go ahead and order as many shirts as you want, because the shipping costs are on us!
Where do you ship your orders from?
We ship all orders from our state of the art warehouse and distribution center in Farmingdale, NY. Transit times and costs are calculated based on this location, so please factor this in when selecting the most appropriate shipping method based on when you’re expecting to slip into your buttery soft new threads.
What shipping methods do you offer?
As you hopefully now know, we offer FREE USPS First Class or Priority Mail shipping (depending on order size) for all orders within the US. Orders typically arrive within 5 days of the time they are placed (2 days to process + 1 to 3 days in Transit). We adjust our processing time around holidays to ensure posted deadlines are met. We also offer a full lineup of UPS shipping methods as outlined below. The cost for these methods International orders are shipped through our Standard international service for a FLAT FEE of only $10.95 (Canada) and $15.95 (all other regions) no matter how many shirts you order, so order away! International orders shipped through Standard shipping arrive in 1 – 4 weeks. This all depends on the location on how long the order takes to get through customs. We also offer Expedited shipping through DHL Express International which delivers goods all over the world in just 3 – 5 days. The cost for this method is calculated based on your location during the checkout process.

Do you ship goods internationally?
Yes, we ship our goods all over the world. We offer a Standard shipping method with a FLAT FEE of just $10.95 (Canada) and $15.95 (all other regions), no matter how many shirts you order, so order away.
When will I receive my order?
Your orders will arrive within the time frame provided by each shipping method listed above. Depending on when your order is placed, the goods still need 1-2 days to be picked and packed. This is why orders sent through expedited UPS services such as 2 Day and Next day still take additional time to arrive. If you really your order on a certain day, please select a shipping method that makes this feasible during checkout and then send a follow up e-mail to with your confirmation number and the day you would like your goods in hand and we will do our best to accommodate, but we unfortunately can’t make any absolute promises.

All right so your goods didn’t fit the way you were hoping, maybe the color didn’t bring out your eyes the way you were anticipating or our tailored, vintage style sizing was showing off the pec’s a little more than you bargained for, not a problem my friend, because we OFFER FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES. Simply proceed as follows:
  • 1) Email us at with your order #, the item name in question, and either the reason you would like to return it or the new item/size for which you would like to exchange.
  • 2) We will provide a FREE Return Label. Please ensure your return item is in the same condition that it was received, place in the original (or comparable) packaging, affix the provided shipping label and hand off to your nearest USPS mail carrier.
  • For returns: we will credit you the full amount of the purchase less the original cost of shipping. This typically takes about 2-3 business days from the time we receive the goods for the funds to process back to you.

  • For exchanges: please make sure to inform us of the new item/size that you would like and we will take care of the rest.
  • USA customer orders are processed free of charge. 
  • Canadian customers must include a check for $11.95 to process an exchange
  • All other international customers must include a check for $15.95 to process an exchange
  • From time to time our shipping department carries a little too much of the weekend into the work week and packaging errors occur. In these instances, please follow step 1 only and we will take care of the rest!
Do your shirts run small or large?
Our shirts have a slightly more tailored style to them than your run of the mill Hanes or Fruit of the Loom tee’s, so in the grand scheme of things we would say that they run slightly small. If you’re in between sizes we typically suggest opting for the larger size. They will shrink up in length about 1” and come in on the chest about .5” on each side when put in the dryer. All in all though, they are relatively true to size. If you are unsure, please refer to our size chart, which lists the exact specifications of our shirts. Our suggestion is to measure one of your t-shirts that fit you great and select the nearest option. We offer returns or exchanges on any orders that don’t fit the way you had hoped.
What type of fabric do you use to make your t-shirts?
Our completely original collection of designs are printed on some of the softest, most vintage, and fashionable t-shirts around. Our t-shirts are custom cut & sewn exclusively for Solid Threads; they are MADE in the USA, and assembled using a fabric that is sure to bring a smile to the face of any t-shirt aficionado. Let’s get technical now. The fabric is 60% cotton/40% polyester fine jersey blend with a 40 singles thread count (your typical t-shirt is 20 singles).We also use a "dye to cotton fiber" technique to obtain the heather vintage look that makes it seem like you’ve had it for years. Please beware that if you’re expecting a thick, heavyweight cotton t-shirt and that’s your barometer for t-shirt quality, we would have to recommend another brand. Our lightweight, ridiculously soft threads are truly vintage and have sometimes been described as life changing.
How do I know my online payment is safe?
Solid Threads takes your security concerns seriously, which is why we use 256 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to safely encrypt all of your private information when placing an order. For added shopping confidence, is tested and verified daily to pass the “Godaddy” Security Scan. The Godaddy SSL certificate is backed by 1000,000 in liability coverage.
