We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Solid Threads purchase. Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of delivery. (Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.)
If we made a mistake or a defective item snuck through our quality control, please contact us and we’ll a send a replacement straight away, and include your return label in the substitute package.
Do you offer FREE Returns/Exchanges?

*Domestic Orders Only. International customers can generate a return label via our Self Service Returns/Exchange Portal, but you will be asked to cover the cost of shipping the item(s) back to our address at Solid Threads, 47 Maple St. Ste 111, Burlington, VT 05401.
*Returns & exchanges for "On Sale" items are acceptable and can be processed via our Self Service Returns/Exchange Portal, but we do ask that you cover the cost of return ship labels for items from our Sale section. We also have a few items that are final sale and not eligible for returns/exchanges.
2) You'll receive a Free Return Shipping Label to affix to our reusable packaging (or comparable) and drop in the mail.
3) Your return/exchange will be processed within 2 business days of us receiving your return package.
What happens next:
Customers returning goods will receive an email confirming receipt of your return package. From there, in can take up to 10 business days for funds to appear in their account.
Customers exchanging goods will receive a new $0 order confirmation email for your replacement item as soon as we receive your return package. We'll then send a shipping confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your replacement item(s) ship.
