We ship the majority of orders from our state of the art production partner facility located in Cleveland, Ohio. USPS offers a delivery map with the expected 1, 2, or 3 day time in transit areas. Simply enter in our zip code of "44095" to the Ship From field. Please factor this in when selecting the most appropriate shipping method based on when you’re expecting to slip into your buttery soft new threads.
Please note, some products, namely long sleeves, classic fleece sweatshirts & hoodies, and kids "extra soft" shirts ship from our value aligned supply partner in Charlotte, North Carolina or Tijuana, Mx, whichever is closer to the end destination.

Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking link. Please allow 24hrs for the link to activate. Once the packages leaves the US, the tracking links may not update but the package is still on its way.
